”Good location, interior there is NO furniture in 2 of the 4 bedrooms. The carpet is very dirty. The towel racks in the master bath are in locations where you can’t hang a bath towel. The tv in master bedroom is not hooked up to spectrum. The floor in bedroom 4 beneath the window is rotted out and is a hazard. Drapes are very difficult to open and close. House has potential with some work. Nice kitchen and master bedroom. Would not stay there again or recommend unless some repair and upgrades are...

”Nothing beats a beach house. The home is well maintained and clean. Perfect for our 2-couple group. Bedrooms and bathrooms are generously sized. Kitchen is well appointed. Sitting/TV room on 2nd floor is very comfortable and a great spot to wind down in the evenings.Quiet and friendly little neighborhood. Dolphins and seals swim by every morning. Easy drive in to Ventura, Summerland and Santa Barbara”

”This fantastic property is all it is advertised as and more! You cannot beat the location, and it is spacious and luxurious- the owners have thought of everything. We saw dolphin and seals and incredible sunsets every day. Having plenty of bathrooms and a large common space was also so valuable. The ping pong table and pool table were giant hits in the evening along with the hot tub. We have stayed at Mussel Shoals every year for the last fifteen years, and this is the best so far. Thank...
