âEverything was clean and staff was friendly. They were having an issue with their Wi-Fi service while we were there, so I was unable to connect my devices to the internet; they indicated they were working on the problem, but it wasn't resolved before we left (2 day stay). The breakfast had all of the usual items, and appeared to be well-stocked each day.â

âThe staff was the greatest part of my families trip! They made it more enjoyable. The breakfast was amazing too. The only bad thing was the pool! The water heater was not working! The pool was freezing cold!â

âThe rooms and especially the bathrooms are very dated and neglected in maintenance. The bathrooms are very small. The breakfast area was insufficiently stocked and disappointing compared to other Embassy Suite hotels. Overall did not deliver the usual Embassy Suite experience.â

âThe room was clean. Bedding was soft and comfortable. All amenities were in the room. Bottled water is available in the lobby. I arrived at breakfast late so I really can't comment on anything but the waffles. They were good and the lady did make me a plate of sausage patty, egg, and a biscuit but there is toast and cereal, yogurt available. This is a pet friendly hotel. Lots of dog poop in the grass. They should have maintenance clean up once a day because guests are not. We did bring our pet....

âRoom was not clean. Furniture was stained. Pillow cases had black stains from previous guests.requested other room. That room was cleaner. Breakfast was typical free breakfast. Not the best and definitely not the worst hotel Iâve stayed in. For the price it should have been nicer. â
