”Personnel très accueillant et sympathique. La chambre était fonctionnelle et très propre. Malheureusement nous n’avons pas eu le temps de tester la piscine qui avait l’air tres agréable. Une seule petite critique : les oreillers étaient vraiment trop durs pour mes veilles vertèbres.”

”Kjempe fint resort. Mange bassenger og aktiviteter. Kunne vært litt flinkere til å rengjøre vegger og terrasser, men seng, håndklær osv er fint.”

”Huoneisto oli tilava. Hinta/laatu suhde oli myös hyvä. Hotellilla oli monipuolinen aamupala, mutta se heikkeni loppuviikkoa kohden, koska lomakausi oli päättymässä. Allasalue oli hyvä sekä sijainti lähellä rantaa ja rantakadun ravintoloita. Wifi toimi paikoin huonosti ja huoneen siivouksessa oli toivomisen varaa.”

”We stayed at New Line Village for three nights. We wanted to enjoy the Sunny Beach in a quiet and pleasant location a bit further away from all the hustle and bustle. The place was exactly what we looked for and the customer service at the desk was super nice. Please notice that this is not a hotel but an apartmentos. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you!”

”Apartment was dirty. Behind tv-bench and in master bedroom was ants beacuse bottle cap was drop on the floor. Ants dissapear after we clean the floors. Studio couch was terrible: One side was hard and one was soft and lumpy. There was only two glass cups in the kitchen because of that one of use had to drink in coffee mug. WIFI didin't work nowhere.Even tought it would have work right next to pool but not. Cleaning ladies came always around 9 to 10 but we lock up our door inside (of...

”Séjour exceptionnel dans ce magnifique établissement. Ancienne demeure rénovée avec beaucoup de goût, mélangeant le style ancien et des touches de style industriel. Tout est parfaitement conçu pour un merveilleux séjour. L’aménagement des chambres est de très haute qualité, literie, salle de bains, tv..etc. Mention spéciale à Petko, le manager, qui fait un super travail, avec grande gentillesse et professionnalisme. ”The place is good and quite close to the beach, 2.5 km from city center. The apartment are nice but the kitchen as no hob, nothing to cook, the fridge is not working, the a/c smells moisture. Terrasse table broken. The bed is ok but not prépare and the duvet sheet was missing. The parking is not on site free as described on hotel.com, it s 15lv by days. The free minibar is an empty fridge that not work fine. The breakfast is poor and not good. The swimming pool is really nice.”

”Staff was so nice, and willing to help with accommodations such as local taxi services and local fun sites This was an amazingly beautiful location. The best in the area as far as views and quiet peaceful relaxation. I will definitely return”

The toiletries are skimpy (the shampoo and soap are good, but the toilet paper is low-quality, and the towels are fairly rough), and the hot water is not quite hot enough. Overall, however, it is a very nice place with very helpful and pleasant people at the front desk.”
