”Everything from the room , pool, staff ,breakfast and food at the restaurants were fantastic.”

”The room was very clean and cleaning team did a great job. Breakfast on site was expensive and could be a better quality. The property indicates that their beach is private which is not true. Lots of stray dogs poop and pee on the beach. Most of them were fixed and given the shots but some were not and were growling. We visited mid September and the pool was very cold. Plenty of parking space. Good AC. Great rooms and view. The buffet staff and front desk staff could be nicer. But other than...

”Nice cozy place to visit with kids”

”I had a great stay at this capsule hotel in Batumi. The property is clean, modern and comfortable, and the capsules provide enough privacy for a good night’s sleep. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The location is also very convenient, with shops, restaurants and other places within walking distance. Overall, it was a great option for a short stay in Batumi, especially for travelers looking for something affordable, clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay here...

Vielen Dank...

”This is not a hotel. It is somebody’s condominium. Upon entering the building you’re stuck finding the owner. It has no pool, no available parking. The building is still under deconstruction so you’re stuck, listening construction noises .”

”Amazing hotel in the heart of old Batumi with spacious and well-designed rooms, excellent breakfast and super service. Avto went above and beyond to make us comfortable and taken care of. I highly recommend this hotel.”

”Geweldig verblijf gehad in Roots Resort. Alles was prima. Heerlijk zwembad, ruime kamer. Goed dinner en een fantastisch ontbijt. Ontbijt was anders dan dat we in Georgië gewend waren. Lekkere vers gebakken broodjes en croissants. Personeel was erg behulpzaam. Onze zoon mocht zelfs proberen de forel te vangen.”

”We had a truly perfect stay! Our room was beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. Everything was just right – from the friendly service to the welcoming atmosphere throughout the hotel. We felt completely at ease and will definitely come back. Highly recommended! ”

”nice place to stay”

”Super good stay to star the vacation. Hotel is close to everything, room clean and having good view to all sides of Batumi. Ok breakfast with plenty of fresh fruits. Super nice and helpful staff at the reception! ”
