This house is 1 of 3 in a private gated estate on 5 acres, though each house is situated in a way to enjoy privacy.
The house itself has 2 bedrooms and one bathroom.
As you walk in from the parking area you’ll enter the large covered deck and through the front door you’ll find the bright living room and modern kitchen. The bedrooms and bath are located down a set of stairs off the living room. The larger bedroom has a door that leads outside to a second porch. The bathroom has a full bathtub great for soaking and an on-demand hot water heater to ensure that everyone gets a hot shower!

You’ll have access to the entire house and also the surrounding property that is shared with the other 2 rentals. The large meadow has a fire pit, a small pond, horseshoes

If there is anything you may need, we are available to communicate by phone or come by the house. We are usually about 10-15 minutes away and can help resolve any issues that may arise
We are a mom and pop operation; we do the housekeeping and maintenance, so I very much appreciate that guests leave the house tidy at checkout.

The town of Miranda is about a mile from the Airbnb on the Avenue of the Giants (also known as CA-254). They have groceries, fuel, and a charging station

Being situated on the Avenue of The Giants, there is easy access to HWY 101,
but you may also hear some noise from the highway.
