”My check-in process was easy, and the property is located on a nice little space that feels safe. The front desk staff was always very polite and accommodating with every encounter. I got a room on the first floor which I wasn't happy with however, because it was very close to the breakfast area and lobby. I wasn’t terribly disturbed but definitely would have preferred a higher floor. The odor of the room upon entry was musty and stuffy which bothered me for my entire stay. The bathroom...

”The air conditioning wasn't working in our room, and it was unbearable. There were no other rooms available, so we asked for our money back and left. Someone else was complaining about the shower in their room not working.”

”My husband and I love this hotel! We would definitely book again! Staff is very very helpful and friendly. We had to extend our stay due to a storm and because the night lights festival was rescheduled to the next day and the hotel was kind enough to help us. We also checked out at 2am because we had to get a bus back home but unfortunately the bus company cancelled and we had no where else to go and the hotel was kind enough to give us back the same room we had. ”The WIFI was WEAK. I took a room because i needed to do some work using my laptop. Unfortunately, the weak signal delayed my work. I was not to content about it. I did talk to the front desk, and there was nothing they can do.”

”Lovely old home well maintained with much original detail. Conveniently located near Hershey PA. Two lovely areas for conversation, reading, or games. Home cooked breakfast each morning in an enclosed porch area. Parking in the rear, and landscape surrounding the property. Hosts are friendly and helpful. We were attended a conference and they served breakfast early to accommodate the times of our meetings.”

”Room was comfortable but seemed to be a lil outdated. Apparently they said they have been renovating. The ice machines on 3 of the floors didnt work. $300/night seemed a little bit pricey for a mediocre hotel.”

”Staff was awesome and the hotel looked great. Only thing I didn’t like was the bed and pillows. Pillows felt like I wasn’t sleeping on a pillow lol and the bed wasn’t to comfortable but the everything else was great”
