”Everything was amazing! First of all the design of every detail from the entrance, to the lobby, the rooms and the roof garden was beautiful. The staff was so helpful and endearing, as well as very adept with English. The location was ideal. The complementary laundry facility was a real bonus. The chef was also great! This was truly our home in Kyoto, and always a pleasure to return to after a busy day in town!”

”We had a wonderful stay in Kyoto. The breakfast was excellent and a great way to start the day. Our room was one of the most basic options, but it was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. A big highlight was the laundry room, well equipped with multiple washing and drying machines. Washing cost 600 yen, and drying was priced by time, which was very convenient during our trip. Service was excellent and the staff was accommodating.”
