”Room was clean, large size with couch. Everything is a step above all the other hotels we typically stay in, such as IHG, BW, etc. Did not hear any noise in hallway or other rooms. Mattress was very comfortable and nice linens. Highly recommend.”

”The hotel appeared OK until I showered, and I didn't see the issue until I was finished. There was visible mold on the bottom of the shower. I showed the picture to the front desk staff, who said she would address it. I was very rushed for the few days that I was there, so I didn't say anything until I was leaving.”

He said it was the only room available- after appearing to try to study the computer for several minutes. He suggested we just use the inside latch. When we said we were going somewhere else I asked for him to write down some statement that no room was available- so if I was charged for it, I had something. He finally gave me a 0$ balance due...
