”Had to ask them to clean room and change lines after 4 days. We were on an extended stay and house keeping at your door at 8:30am was a little offputting. Pool and tiki bar and staff were great. Had a great view from our room on the 9th floor. Still have not gotten the email of our receipt but will call If I have not gotten it in 3 days. The beds were not made to be on the platforms they obviously were originally on boxsprings, they weren't the most comfortable, the murphy bed was better....

”Security presence. The requirement of the room pass to enter is good. Chlorine was very high but I understand why. Staff was very accommodating and friendly at all levels. Housekeeping was amazing!! Thoroughly enjoyed the weekend.”
