”One of the most disgusting breakfast we have had. Did not feel clean. We didn’t have enough pillows, went down and asked and they said they were put. They changed our room type without consent. I assumed it was close to the airport since it says airport hotel in the name, it’s not close. The airport staff had no idea where it was and it took the shuttle 20-30 minutes to come and get us. The night front lady was rude and not helpful with answering questions.”

”Rooms were dated and could’ve been cleaner. Hallways were humid and smelled. People running in the hallways on the floor above us late at night. Front desk called at 11pm and threatened to kick us out for non-existent payment issues. Staff was not easy to communicate with. Convenient location, but we will not stay here again.”

It's located perfect on main road with every restaurant, fast food, gas stations and with in walking distance to the main park on the river. The staff was better then I have ever had this was our 4th hotel this year and this is the one I would go back too. Even if it was out of the way. ”This was our first visit to Mystic and we blown away!! What a beautiful, amazing property. We were so impressed by the options for dining and bars we had a hard time choosing. Can’t wait to come back and experience more of the amenities on site like the golf and the spa. Overall, amazing experience! Absolutely recommend.”
