”My father and I recently returned from a stay at Sandcastles - and I would wholeheartedly recommend the resort to anyone looking for a very friendly, local, and down-to-earth stay! As we first arrived, check-in was quite simple and staff was very friendly and swift to help us learn. ”Very clean. Really enjoyed the pool. Close to many activities. ”

”The room is comfortable. However its not as seen in picture in terms of decor. The painting that was to be placed on the wall was stored in the closet. The i room safe didnt work. The light over the face basin was not working. The fan and main light in the room was not working. The maintenance personnel said he would return to fix those but didnt come back. It is however a quiet property. The property itself is clean. Just the room i stayed in needs to be worked on. ”

”Jouduimme odottamaan huonetta kauan ja kun saimme sen, huoneen lattia oli hiekkainen. Seuraavana päivänä pyysimme toisen huoneen toisesta kerroksesta ja saimme sen, joka oli todella ystävällistä. Näköala merelle oli mielettömän hieno ja hotelli sijaitse aivan rannalla joten uimaan pääsi todella helposti. Huoneet oli isot mutta kadulta kuului musiikki pitkälle aamuun asti. Suosittelen silti! Aamiaisravintola hyvä mutta palvelu hidas.”

”The Property Need lots of Repairs, Their are broken tiles on floors, broken glass table in room, the gas Stove is rusted and burners are burnt out ,bathroom facet not right for that sink, when turned on it is sprays over the Floor and the shower head sprays incorrectly. The entrance doors and patio doors need adjusted, There are mold on entrance floors and walls, there are repairs needed on the whole property!”

”Our 7 night stay was great! The room was clean, the location is walking distance to everything and it has 24 hour security. Our host made sure we had everything we needed and was only a text away if we had any questions. Highly recommend if you want to experience Jamaica and its culture. We will be back ”

”I stayed at turtle Towers which was managed by Burbank property in Jamaica. It was a disaster. They downgraded my Room because what I booked wasn’t available and have refused to compensate me the difference. ”I never got to stay at this property, although my credit card was billed to stay at this property. I was redirected to another motel (Sandcastle Resort) in the area due to no availability. The hotel I was redirected to was clearly not aware of my reservation or my presence. Nothing in the room was prepared for guest arrival. Spiders and cobwebs were in every common area, which shows no one did the basic cleaning and upkeep. There was no running water every day from 12am-2pm! I couldn't shower or...
