”The staff was very friendly. I arrived shortly after 3pm but my room was not ready. It seemed decently clean, however there was no shower gel or shampoo, thankfully I brought my own. I could hear literally every single thing that the people staying next door were saying, their tv through the wall. They were awake at 6:30am and I was woken and heard their whole conversation. It was very unfortunate for my night stay. There was ample parking, good amenities in terms of the breakfast bar. Elevator...

”Our group of 6 girlfriends had an amazing stay at Saybrook Point Resort & Marina. From the moment we arrived, we knew the weekend was going to be very special. The staff was always warm & welcoming. Shoutout to Scott at reception for ensuring a perfect stay! Dinner at Fresh Salt was delicious & the atmosphere was lively. Shuttle into town was a great option. Can’t wait to book another visit!”

The front desk staff sorry I don't remember your name I think manager was so welcoming and understanding. She was polite and helped us get new keys when ours didn't work. ”The fitness room almost all wasn't working. The pool particles were concerning from day two onwards. The renovations. They were fine honestly. Everyone was pleasant and made room for guests. Bringing breakfast to our room sucked and not having hot food available wasn't the best. The price didn't match what we got. ”

”Very fortunate to have met an onboard Amtrak traveler to New London whereby we ride shared an Uber known to the traveler. The Uber driver became my shuttle throughout our venture. The shuttle from the inn to Foxwoods casino is only available Friday & Saturday.”
