”Firstly there was only a staff member to be found between about 4-6pm. Which is an issue because I couldn't talk to anyone during my stay. Including in the morning at checkout.
I requested a first floor for my disabled child, and when I checked in they were like oops but oh well because we cant move you.
2. The rooms were mildly clean at best. (we had two rooms- both has a mildew smell) the beds had dirty blankets. One of the blankets was even sticky.

”Quite obvious they posted fake pics of the rooms. It's run down. Like years ago...Beds gross. Microwave from the 80s. TV had 5 channels and they were all sports. No coffee maker in the room and the officedownstairsthat does have a keurig was not open. The room smelled like idk even what. The one sheet on the bed was toilet paper thin. A train goes by every couple hours. Mini fridge was not on, so we had to keep our stuff in the cooler and there's no ice machine.”
