”No staff was present during the stay. Breakfast didn’t start until 8:30, which was too late for us to wait for. For a bed and breakfast establishment there wasn’t that “feel at home feeling””

”The house is absolutely stunning! Pat the owner goes out of her way to make sure your stay is as wonderful as possible. She has everything for you toiletries, beverages, snacks, etc. She takes special orders for breakfast, which is amazing when traveling with picky eaters. ”

”I want to make clear I have never stayed downtown with pets before. Never even thought about where the dogs would go potty. The hotel is pet friendly so thought they would have an area for them. The nearest grass area was in the ally a bit away. Would not have taken the dogs out by myself, got my husband up to come with. When checking in the attendant kept taking other people even though we had two dogs in the lobby just waiting. Finally someone let us go ahead when the attendant called...

”Breakfast was different, good. Rm. Rose Garden. Prefer bacon crisp. Love sweet potato soup! Place was clean, noticed debris between coffee table and sofa. Vacuum rug thoroughly. Sofa is old but cushions could be refilled to provide better support. ”

”Very cute little hotel. Very boutique like and had an eclectic look/feel in the lobby, with a nice bar and Zombie Taco restaurant. Located right in the heart of other bars and restaurants to walk to and right near the water and had a nice view from my room. Great location and my room had all I needed. Self parking was conveniently nearby. I do recommend!”

”The property was clean, good location, check in was great they even got us in an hour before check in which was greatly appreciated. They only clean rooms every 2 days so we did not have cleaning service for our 2 days stay, but they did bring us a second set of towels the first evening there. Our bathroom toilet was not super clean but still acceptable, the rest of the bathroom including shower was super clean. We did put garbage bags out after first night and asked front desk for...

This time the room faced the front of the building and the traffic noise was terrible….request an even numbered room! Second day of our stay we did not have housekeeping service and had to track down towels and coffee for the room. Overall, it was the IHG experience we expected”
