”Arrived earlier than expected and called to inquire about checking in early. I was met with a warm “sure, you can check in right now if you want” - no extra fee or issues. Staff were friendly, helpful, and showed sincere interest in making sure my stay was as comfortable as possible. Room was clean and well-kept. Would recommend to anyone visiting the area.”

”Faculty was very posivitive and professional. The atmosphere of the whole hotel was relaxed and warm. Good to have parking places just in front of main doors. Everything was correct.”

”There was mold in the fridge. When they changed our mini fridge there was still mold in the new one. Housekeeping threw away our souvenirs that were in paper bags on the floor even when we told them we did not want cleaning. We contacted front desk on the day of our check-out and have yet to hear about our missing stuff. No compensation was given and they said they would call back, but never did. The hotel phone number does not even work. One of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had.”

”The location and cleanliness of the hotel are okay. The staff at the front desk is helpful and polite but one has to ask for everything first. The breakfast (instant) porridge was not properly made as the water did not absorb into flakes properly. I guess you get what you pay for and I would stay in this hotel again due to its pricing.”

”Holiday inn & suites express in Sunnyvale, Ca was very nice. This hotel very clean, beds are super comfy, parking included and hot breakfast is great bonus. Conveniently located about 20 min to Standford Stadium for concert”

”We were going to the BTS concert I had to check in earlier. Although we couldn’t check in, they kept our baggage. We didn’t have to wait to collect than five minutes when we came back. It was easy. We got our keys and went up to our room. The only complaint I had was we had a sweet and we needed bedding for the pullout couch. I took an hour for them to bring that and when they did, they forgot the sheets..”
