”Where to begin? The desk lady presented herself as if she was doing you a favor for unlocking the door and receiving a guest. When given a key and basically informed that I was on my own from there out, I unlocked my room door and discovered the following: Admittedly, the room was clean. ”Nothing unique about it, stains on the blanket and shower door. Hair in the sink. Lighting wasn't ideal either for where the mirror was. Being barred from the restaurant was new as well, not even part of the wedding. For spending over $200 a night, I would expect much more than what we experienced. At least two working elevators.”

”The hotel served our purpose. The bed was very comfortable. When we first checked into the room, we noticed the seat on the toilet was broken. It was replaced within 20 minutes of calling the head desk. The restaurant in the hotel has great food. The hotel is on the main corridor, so expect lots of traffic noise.”

”The hotel could easily pass for a motel and the pictures shared on their online page were much better than what you experience physically on ground. Their breakfast was horrible and not in the best shape. The swimming pool was also non-functional and the ambience needs to be kept cleaner and tidier. The amount charged for the facility is way too expensive for what they offer.”

”Booked a one night stay for business and chose the king room with kitchenette. Quick check in, the building and lobby were very nice. The room and its amenities were very fresh and spotless! VERY comfortable King bed, nice big bathroom with two sinks was a nice surprise as well! Would gladly return and recommend to others. ”The lobby and restaurant are brand new but as soon as you look on any other floor it’s really just outdated. It was clean enough though. Our balcony looked onto the rooftop which had a pile of gravel and several skylight windows over the pool under tarp. Our screen on the door was entirely ripped on the bottom. ”Very nice, clean and quiet. Disappointed that breakfast was not included with the expensive room. Would have made out better if I booked directly with Hilton. No hilton honors discount was given and no senior discount. Very disappointed. Stay was fine but high cost for service provided.”
