”Check in is supposed to be at 4, but rooms were not ready at that time for us or several other guests. We all waited in a line for at least 30 minutes. I had to be at a dinner by 5, so I actually had to change and get ready for my event in the bathroom off the lobby. The staff seemed panicked and unable to cope. In addition, the room we eventually got had paper thin walls and the AC fan was so loud to literally made the wall vibrate. We had to turn it off cause it was impossible to sleep...

”Room was clean. Breakfast was timely. The shuttle was prompt and courteous. Ground floor was noisy.”

”This is not your cookie cutter hotel, and we liked that. The staff was friendly, and the room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast area was not attended very well, and food ran out while we were in the very small dining area. We would stay here again.”

”Loved the retro architecture. Staff was great and took good care of us. Parking extremely limited. Swimming pool was closed. The restaurant was closed two of the nights we were there. The rooms were good. The bed was comfy. Location was great.”

”Wife and I both got food poisoning from the breakfast. One morning at 8 am someone from staff just barged in to the room even though DND sign was on door. Freaked us out, person ran from the room quick when he realized it was occupied. Hot water was out for two days. ”

”We had an overall enjoyable stay, but will stay elsewhere next time. The room was clean and spacious with complimentary water & coffee/tea. The beds were comfortable and true-to-size. The in-room entertainment was lacking (older TV, basic channels, no Netflix/streaming platforms). More outlets and/or charging ports would have been appreciated. The daily breakfast featured a good variety with juices, pork and turkey meat options, eggs, potatoes, hot and cold cereals, yogurt, cinnamon rolls,...
