My room wasn't as clean as I would've expected. There was hair on the nightstand, the sink, and in the shower. The microwave plate did not fit the microwave. It was a plate that obviously was from another microwave and because it did not fit, the plate did not rotate and the food had to be turned by hand to get it evenly warmed. The cable on the TV didn't work so I just turned the TV off. Also, the green light on the door that is supposed to show when the correct key card is insert was broken. I couldn't tell when my key was working and ended up having to set up the digital key on my phone after the key card didn't work. I had to go back and forth to the front desk 4 times trying to open my room door. Save yourself the headache and download the digital key. I did enjoy the room itself based on the suite size and the bed was comfortable. But for $400/night, I could've stayed at another property with similar options and paid half the cost, even during homecoming weekend. I paid for an upgraded stay and was disappointed that I didn't get that from Hampton Inn.
