Hotellit kohteessa Nagbalayong, Morong

”Excellent customer service”

”At first it was disappointing because we booked online for two nights staying here in hotel app and it says breakfast are included but when we got here there’s no breakfast in the morning we paid too much money but the service by cocotel is so disappointing and big scam .thankfully the staffs here are so kind and attentive/caring and all my disappointments are gone because of them . Hopefully hotel app or by cocotel just only put what’s really included in your site don’t scam people again para...

”Great property, great service, great food and great overall experience”

”We enjoyed the pool, but there were a lot of leaves. The room was not clean enough, especially the outdoor toilets; there was even poop that was not cleaned. The place is beautiful, and the beach itself could improve in cleanliness as well as the service at the reception and kitchen, where the staff seemed unfriendly.”

”Beautiful beach”

”This was the worst place I've ever stayed, they had taken all the TVs out of the room they still have the place where they were on the wall TVs were gone. They didn't have Wi-Fi in their rooms though I eventually was able to get the executive Wi-Fi from them and it worked in the room. They had bugs in their room though it was clean it just had bugs. And I didn't stay the second night cuz I was so happy with the place and they told me they would refund my second night and I have not received my...

”The breakfast was very bad rice and cold pieaces of ham one egg and pay for second coffee there were lots off ants and recespution was poor wifi almost like haveing nothing came and went tv did not work”

”Clean room, the hosts were excellent and nice. Quite peaceful and worth the stay. Wishing I stayed longer”

”We checked-in here at Brizo Hotel and Beach Resort in Morong Bataan for Dec 3-4, 2022 (saturday-sunday), we were only informed that the pool is not available when we got to the property. We hoped that we were at least informed in advance regarding the situation as we should have made changes to our plans prior to travelling all the way to the property. It's as if we can still cancel on the spot, how are we able to make a different booking if it was that late. I hope readers could know how...

”Nice place ”

”The facilities are clean and well maintained. The staffs are friendly and always helpful. The beach was calm and no waves. While the room has 2QB can accommodate 4A, the pricing is for 2A + 2C. Currently an extra adult charge is 2440 pesos for a bed and buffet breakfast. I suggest Kamana to review their pricing for extra adult that do not require extra bed charge but only provide charge for breakfast. Highly recommended! Will definitely consider coming back and will certainly recommend to...

”First I have to say we went in rain season. Limited staff. Had 1 flat sheet and charged 300 pesos for duvet. First night the floor was covered in ants. Thousands of them. Minute feet hit floor they were crawling over you. In the suitcases and on the sheets. Had a big jumping spider in the towel that was 1 inch across. I understand the pool not being relaxing as rain season but it was not inviting as it was green and full of leaves. Zip line was closed, hiking was not an option but the pool...

”Close to shopping area,”

Muuten hieman nuhjuinen yleiskuva, sijainti lähellä merenrantaa, Olongapon keskustaan noin kilometri matkaa.”
