”The location and comfort of this home is everything OBX. The spaces are comfortable, the amentities sufficient, the response form the owner was quick. The pool is in a great location for keeping sand out of it! The hot tub overlooks the dune for early morning sun rise soaks. We had a wonderful time and experience in this property.”

”The space worked well for our family of 17. Kitchen is well stocked. An extra bath towel would have been nice but having a washer and dryer helped. The bunk beds are best for preteen and under so the 2 teens that slept on them were a little cramped. There were some boards on top deck that were loose and a few rusty nails on second deck but overall a great place. Loved the private walkway, pool, hot tub, and rec room. James responded quickly to all my texts. We left happy and content. ”

”Kitchen was equipped with lots of large bowls and serving platters. Plenty of plates and flatware for a large group (14). The pool was great and the hot tub was fantastic. Grocery store and fantastic ice cream place within a few blocks walk. Beach access was just a block away. 2 refrigerators was nice to have. ”
