The property features three bedrooms: a master room with a private bathroom, safety box, and a breathtaking bathtub; a bedroom with two bunk beds; and a third bedroom with a bunk bed and a workspace with a safety box. Additionally, there is another bathroom in the hallway and a third bathroom downstairs near the swimming pool.

For added convenience and comfort, the home is equipped with hot water, a solar panel system, and a backup generator to ensure uninterrupted service. Guests can also enjoy a Smart TV in two of the bedrooms as well as in the living room, providing entertainment options throughout the stay.

The Kitchen is fully equipped with top of the line appliances and comfortably seats six people, a balcony, and an outdoor seating area. There is parking available for up to three vehicles and a laundry area with a washer and dryer.

This neighborhood has a tropical atmosphere, where friendly cats from the neighbors may pay you a visit. **You may also hear sounds from afar, such as roosters crowing in the morning or cars driving along the main road.
**Just a heads-up: on Tuesdays, you might hear some music from a nearby church. It adds a unique local touch to the atmosphere!
**Please don’t be alarmed if you see someone maintaining the pool. Some days at 9:00 a.m., the property owner enters through the pool’s back gate (without accessing any interior areas of the house) to do level the water and do maintenance.

**Although you will have access to restaurants and other amenities at a walking distance, for those looking to explore further, renting a car is recommended, as it gives you the flexibility to visit nearby beaches, rainforest trails in El Yunque, and other charming coastal towns. Public transportation options are limited, so having a vehicle will allow you to experience the full beauty of Puerto Rico’s east coast at your own pace.
