”Staff are very courteous, polite and helpful. Unfortunately the place is a little run down and in my opinion not very clean. Upon check in, the garbage bins by the entrance were full as garbage was oozing out, also the garbage by the ice machine on the 1st floor, it still was not clean the next day. The garbage by the ice machine was still there 2 days after I checked out. I had a pet room(136), the carpet was really stain and smelled! The shower faucet was a battle just to shut off,...

”The nice view of this property overlooking the Okanagan Lake is enough reason to stay here. Room is nice & clean, with a view of the lake, & you can sit outside by the lawn to enjoy the moments too. Breakfast is included, owner is nice & the price is very affordable. I would stay here again if I come back.”

”The room(125) is in need of some major repair!! The breakfast info is very miss leading. This is not a full breakfast, it is a continental breakfast at best. The staff is a different story, very friendly, and accommodating, they get a 9/10.Until they do the repairs they remain a 4/10. Get to work if you want us back!!”

”This location has a small parking lot even though it is absolutely necessary to drive to this location. Many of the parking spaces are small car only yet many of the guests drive big trucks including work trucks. As a result, parking is atrocious. Pay full price for a room but they cheaped out so hard on the parking that being able to find a spot even for a car is a gamble. The only hotel that I have been to with worse parking is the other best western in Vernon. They should put a disclaimer...

Area feels a bit sketchy, and it didn't help they share a small parking lot with another hotel so I ended up parking on the street three blocks away and carrying my stuff. ”The rooms were new and clean, nicely designed with walk in shower. Breakfast was on the 5th floor with a view, the breakfast had everything you would want.”

”The rooms are modernized, including a charging station with multiple outlets. There is a pool and a sauna and there are several beautiful rose gardens on the property. There is ample parking behind the hotel, and the hotel is reasonably close to amenities in Kelowna. The breakfast was decent, but the attendant seemed lazy, and claimed that there were no more eggs available even though there was half an hour left in their published breakfast hours.”

”Was a great place for 3 nights. I never went to University but his felt like a dorm room. But, it was super clean and staff were pleasant. It would have been useful to have some cutlery , plates , dish cloths in the kitchenette etc. The Bed was dorm like, but satisfying.”

”Very limited parking, have to park early evening or you won't have a spot for the night, small basis pool that is extremely echoey. Hard to be in the area if multiple people are in the pool. Especially kids. Rooms were small, but did the job. Bathroom was small but works, tub is very narrow and tight. Water pressure and shower head was good. Room had a small fridge and microwave. Overall a decent stay if your looking for a basic stay and smaller beds.”
