”The property was very clean and well maintained. The staff for the most part, can speak English if you need extra assistance, but the check-in process was automated. Just need your passport inserted into one of their Kiosks, and the machine prints your receipt, and key card. Check out is just as quick. They put a card machine right in front of the elevator that accepts your room key card. No need to meet with staff; unless you were paying for other services like breakfast buffet. Insert your...

”Great friendly staff and clean place. Breakfast is basically just convenience store foods but it’s free, so won’t complain.”

”Very spacious area and homely feel to the hotel”

”Comfort Suites Tokyo Bay was one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in, not only in Japan! The rooms are a great size (not your typical small rooms in Japan). The shower room was amazing. The staff were friendly and helpful. They have free shuttle to Disney parks. They have free luggage storage, a Lawsons accessible right from the hotel lobby. Was a 10 minute walk to a mall, convenience store and authentic restaurants. Close walk to paid shuttles (~1300 yen per adult) to both major airports....

”The hotel was clean and the room was spacious. I traveled with a family of four, and the quality and high tech feature of the room met all of our needs. There are sensored lights, toilet seats that open and closes automatically and self flush, separated doors between the room space, etc. I travel a lot and this was by far my favorite hotel due to its quality and walking access to the train statoon, restaurants/bars, entertainment, shops/grocery store. We will be staying here again if going to...

”Nice place, with a "beach" in 4F”

”The place was clean, close to a family mart. It had all you need for your trip.”
