”The hotel is quite new & the lakefront property is beautiful. Room was very clean & quiet. Bed was super comfy. The Cove had delicious food, especially the meatball appetizer. Only complaint was they needed more help. We went back for dessert and the bartender ended up waiting on us. He was very sweet. Otherwise we would’ve waited forever. Then the next morning, when attempting to go in for breakfast, we were ignored for a long time while trying to check in. We ended up going elsewhere.”

”Absolutely disgusting. They gave my room away to someone at 2:30am they were trying to get into my room. The door opened and I yelled. Manager lied and said they went to the wrong room but the people had a key that opened the door and they said that was the right room number they were given. Worst hotel ive ever stayed at. I never even got an apology.”

”Beautiful Victorian home very close to town. We did not have breakfast but fresh homemade cookies were left out for guests to enjoy and they were the best I've ever eaten! Will definitely stay again when we are in the area. ”

”Run down, hardly any staff. My toilet was filthy and unflushed when we arrived. The front desk said Maintenence had already gone home and he didn’t know what to do so I found the supply closet, a few cleaning supplies, and cleaned it myself. Pool was advertised but there was only a hot tub that wasn’t hot. Terrible breakfast- microwaved eggs and sausage. One toaster and one waffles maker for a fully booked hotel. The walls and floors were dirty. Beds uncomfortable. Laundry worked well, we...
