”We all had a great time. The stay was great”

”The house is just adorable. The bathrooms have been redone and all 3 were very nice. The pool and jacuzzi were great everyone enjoyed. The pool is a nice size where our family of 7 was not on top of each other. They provide tons of pools towels and regular bath towels. A bonus is there is an extra refrigerator in the pool house , an outdoor tv and good size tvs throughout the house. Also the kitchen table has lots of chairs and no glass tables or fabric chairs (which is a potential issue...

”We had an amazing stay at this beautiful Destin vacation home! The house was spotless, well-maintained, and had everything our family needed for a relaxing beach getaway. The location was perfect—close to the beach, restaurants, and attractions, yet still quiet and peaceful. Can’t wait to come back!”

”The condo is definitely older. You can tell they tried hard to clean it but there is a lot of wear and tear especially in the bathrooms. Needs lots of updating and attention.”

”This was a great place for 2 families to stay. We had plenty of room, the pool was a perfect size and you really can beat the access to the beach. We rented a golf cart, but it really wasn’t needed with how close we were to the beach. The house was stocked with plenty of pool towels as well. It was great to have an extra freezer for ice too! We would stay here again!”

”Overall clean and nice place. No wagon or swim accessories for the pool or beach which would have been nice. Very short walk to the beach which was awesome. Safe and clean area.”

”This has been one of our most favorite places we’ve stayed at in all of our years coming down! Condo was already equipped with many simple everyday items one may not always think about! Trashbags, soaps, seasonings, etc. Our favorite was the Keurig machine with the full customization station of cream & sugar. We hope to return to 16A next year!”

”This home was absolutely perfect for my group! Everything was super clean, great amenities (hot tub, grill, back patio, outdoor shower, etc), and a very short walk to the beach. The hosts were so friendly and very quick to respond any time we had questions. You can tell they are very thoughtful, and really considered all the details with their communication leading upto our stay and with how they have set up and maintained the home. Thank you so much for everything, it was a perfect stay :)”

”Good Location, enjoyed having a pool.”
