Lomakeskukset – Nalusuan Island

”The hotel is far from relaxing and pleasant. Over grouded and loud with not enough staff to cope. The rooms are sold with balcony, in reality it's only a big window, which you can not even open. Definitely not worth the time nor the money.”

”-”

”I liked that it was small and more private. However the beach was not clean enough to swim. Water went out from time to time as well as the wifi. A lot of the furniture in my room was beat up and broken. It's a great place but it needs some work done.”

”This was our third stay here at Alta. I like the comfort in the rooms, and the property is very peaceful and quiet - with the occasional airplane taking off. The parking lot has always been wide open when I have stayed here, and there is a security guard at the entrance. The Staff have always been super nice and helpful! it looks like a great place to have a company retreat as there are a lot of event spaces available.”

”Very nice garden around the pool, great pool area with bar and restaurant, and the food was Great! Only negative, was the accommodation, it was spacious, BUT not specially clean, cabinets falling off hooks, no Aircon in living room, the one in the bedroom was noisy. But over all we had a fine stay, and we will be back as day users for sure.”

”I booked this Hotel for my parents, but when they arrived at the place (Hotel). They told my parents that they don't have a room for them because the room that I booked, someone has booked before me. In other words, overbooking. I have hotel confirmation and send a copy to my sister just incase because i live overseas and the time differences. They called me many times while I was sleeping. And my phone was on sleep mode. I saw the message an hour after when i woke up and I was very worried 😟....

”property was very beautiful and well maintained. Lofredo messaged me days before check in which was helpful. the condo unit has complete amenities and a microwave, washer, tables, and a balcony to dry off clothes. just a little bit of a drive from main roads.”

”The hotel is far away from everything, there's no beach, ugly cement walls, the breakfast was not worth eating. Not a best western-quality hotel. Also no gym.”

”Everything was very nice like before...my only disappointment was with the front desk, they were not as friendly as before, no real attempt to be accommodating and responses were very short and generally negative. Aside from that we enjoyed our stay and very much like the restaurant inside...”
