Suuri kolmikerroksinen järvinäkymä talo, joka sijaitsee osoitteessa 1254 Prather Dr. Nancy KY, alle kilometrin päässä Lee's Ford Marina ja Pulaski County Park. Runsaasti tilaa eksyä. Tilava avoin pohjaratkaisu pitämään suuria kokouksia runsaalla ajotieltä pysäköinti ja / tai veneet sekä erittäin suuri 2 auton autotalli. Yli 2000 neliömetriä lattiapäällystettä, joka mahdollistaa veden kaiken toiminnan täydellisen äänen. King-huoneissa on oma Juliet-parveke. Päätaso terasseilla koko pituudeltaan talon lounging. Alemman tason palkin poisto / viihdealue. Pesutupa päätyyteen pesukoneella ja kuivausrummalla sekä pesualtaan. Täysin varustettu keittiö, istuimet baarialueella 4 keittiössä, ruokapöytä paikkaa 8, astianpesukone, uuni, mikroaaltouuni, 2 pesuallasta, jääkaappi ja jääpalakone, kaikki graniittiset työtasot, ulkona kaasugrilli off pääkannen keittiö ja ulkona ruokailu 6 .

The view was amazing and the host responded to all of my questions quickly. Our only issue was the house next door was having construction done and it was so loud, jack hammering and semi trucks coming and going. We know the owners have no control of it, but a heads up would have been nice. We loved the house and the it was perfect for a family vacation.

Nice place!

The house was exactly as described. Our family enjoyed the basement game room/ movie room the most. There were a couple things that would have made it better but was definitely out of the owners hands. The bridge was out so if you needed anything from Somerset, it took 30 minutes to get to instead of 5 minutes. The organization of the kitchen utensils (pots, pans, appliances, etc.) could definitely use some work. But overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this place to anyone who asked.

Gorgeous view

I can’t say enough nice things about this house. The home was clean, kitchen huge and made for lots of people, beds were comfortable. Lots of room. The neighbors (especially Danny) were all so nice and friendly. The view is perfect. The house is full of things to do on a rainy day. We will definitely return, hopefully with our adult children as it’s a big place for just two people. We are looking forward to a return visit!

Labor Day at Prather Place

We had a guys trip to Lake Cumberland and this house was awesome! Plenty of rooms, great game and media rooms, an awesome view of the lake, and plenty of beds! I would highly recommend staying here and checking out the local island golf course.

Lake Life

Stayed at Prather Place for a long weekend with my family of 8. The house was clean as others stated. You do need to leave air curtain on because of gnats in kitchen like Summer says in her notes. Kitchen was ginormous with 2 islands so multiple people could help prep dinner after day at lake. House was huge except for master bathroom. Only way you can describe it as taking a shower in a ‘phone booth’. Wasted space in walk in closet could go a long way to upgrading that bath, but that million dollar view made you forget pretty fast!!…Summer answered my text immediately when I needed to know about kitchen appliances, and her text right before you arrive giving you info about the neighborhood was very helpful. Another helpful person was Danny the neighbor.. if you are putting in a boat it was faster and less hassle to put in at Pulaski Park than Lee’s Ford Marina

House is very nice. Deck, basement, and neighbors were awesome.

2 K, 1 F, 1 F/T bunk, and 3 full size twins in what we called the Harry Potter room which is off the room with the Bunk. Very large kitchen, we cooked daily. Beautiful view.

Family trip

We had a wonderful time with family at this VRBO. The view was incredible, just what you're looking for when you're staying at a lake...plenty of deck to enjoy it. Summer was very easy to communicate with. The kitchen was amazing as was the family room. Plenty of room for everyone to enjoy meals and activities. The downstairs was out of this world with 2 game rooms and a home theater. A definite hit with the whole family...8 adults and 3 children.

Beautiful view- great place to stay

My wife and I stayed here for a quick getaway. Can't beat the view of the lake and the fall foliage. Extremely clean and comfortable- and the owner is attentive to details.

Fantastic View/ great house

We had a great stay here. Family of 7; house was spacious with plenty of room for us all. Views from deck are fantastic! Great location. Lots of extras in the kitchen. Neighbor, Bob, is friendly. Wonderful stay! We will book again!

Great view of Lake Cumberland. The whole family loved the game room. The upstairs showers were small. Kitchen was well stock but a little unorganized. Would of liked an ice machine in the freezer. Had trouble with the dishwasher and Summer took care of it right away. Laundry baskets in the bedrooms were a nice touch.
