”Love this place! The room was really 5 stars clean,Luxurious, comfy. The staff are really nice and polite. I mean every staff member are so proper. I feel safe at this place. ”We enjoyed our stay at the Cozy Creek, and we loved the tropical atmosphere of the surrounding garden and the river terrace. The room was comfortable and had all the amenities we needed for a short stay. We had breakfast at the cafe (paid separately) and it was delicious. The communication with the owner ahead of our stay was great, and they were able to accommodate our late check in outside of the usual opening hours. ”Khun Tao and her staff were very friendly. The hotel has a family customer service environment. Rooms were clean and even though room didn’t have a microwave. ”Unique design. Good experience to stay as compared to teaditional hotels.
