”Our stay in Areindmar was great. Hotel feels like an Oasis and staff is great. Breakfast includes a variety of choices and kept us going until late afternoon. We rented e-scooters from the shop nearby and had a short drive to the pagodas. Few things to consider/point out: Bathroom door is made of fabric, so not very sound-proof/private, water in the pool was very chilly even when the sun was out in the middle of the day, internet is very bad unless you use it during the night when other guests...

”Fantastic hostel, the sister hostel to Ostello Bello just down the road. This location is a bit more quiet than the other and has the advantage of the pool on site. Ostello Bello provides a lot of great group activities with easy to understand sign ups at a reasonable cost. Bagan is a place where most people want to get up early to see the sunrise and this hostel actually allows for quiet time starting early enough for anyone to get a good night’s rest. ”People were great!!!
They made us feel at home and even brought a band to play some nice Christmas songs for all the guests.
I must mention however that there is no electricity during the day.
