Swedish Blue and Yellow house new 2021! Just over a block to harbor and Main St
You will enjoy this fresh 2021 new construction house tucked away right in the middle of Nantucket town. Footsteps from boutiques, restaurants, and coffee shops. It’s perfectly located within walking distance to the Hyline ferry and bus hub. The house was completely rebuilt in 2021 and has icynene insulation on all six sides, all the latest modern amenities, fantastic sound system that you can link to your phone, even the refrigerator screen is linked to music and internet. The lighting system is well designed with mood lighting. There are two comfortable patios with ceramic stone and an outdoor shower to wash away the sand when you return from the beach. There are two smart TVs and even an electric fireplace for fun! You’ll be happy being home and love being only steps away from all the charm of downtown Nantucket and the harbor.
Lastly, we urge our guests purchase outside travel insurance that covers trip cancellations due to dangerous travel conditions from bad weather since we are on an island subject to wind and high seas. John Hancock, Axa Assistance and IMG offer such policies.

Location was perfect, walked to property from the Hy-Line ferry with suitcases in about 5 minutes. House was as described and perfect for the family on the island for Wine Fest. We had a blast and would definitely stay there again.

We had a terrific Daffodil weekend staying at this great find. The home is lovely, bright, clean and comfortable! It is well appointed and had everything we needed. You can’t beat the location. We also love that it had outside space. We highly recommend it and will certainly be back again!

Spectacular!
Such a unique gem, it will delight you in so many ways. Pictures are accurate - even better when you see it. Beds are comfy, decor is uplifting and beautifully done. My sister and I wanted to take my Mom away for a special treat for a weekend and she said she felt like she was whisked away for a magical week. Many restaurants are closed off season; we went to Island Kitchen 2x - fantastic! Could’ve easily shopped and cooked, but nah! Although it is walking distance to everything, mom’s mobility was limited and we Ubered everywhere.

Great time in Nantucket
Great house and great location. Spent the weekend with some friends from France who had never been to Nantucket before. Everything worked out perfectly from the super close to everything in town location, the house decor (especially the bluetooth-connected fridge with built in Spotify), and the overall comfort. Would definitely recommend and rent again.

This property was the perfect place for our weekend getaway in Nantucket. The location couldn’t have been more ideal—just a short walk to most of the island's main attractions, restaurants, and shops, making it incredibly convenient to explore without needing a car. The house itself was spotless and well-maintained, offering a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere that felt like a home away from home. The check-in process was smooth and straightforward, and the host was extremely responsive and easy to communicate with, ensuring that all our questions were promptly answered. Whether you're visiting with family or friends, I can’t recommend this property enough for anyone wanting a hassle-free, enjoyable stay in Nantucket. It truly added to the charm of our trip, and we’ll definitely be coming back!
