âWe enjoyed the charm of the inn. Each room had a uniqueness. The staff was very accommodating during all of our interactions. We took stars away because the self service coffee station was not maintained very well. There were shortages of items and at time it wasnât always clean. Breakfast was not put until 8am which is late if you want to get an early start. Brewed coffee wasnât available until 8 am either. Earlier than that time, there were only k-cups. The deck is only staffed until 8 pm...

âI do not recommend this place we arrived and they said that the breakfast did not start till June 15 so it was just a continental breakfast. Our room was dirty bugs in the bathroom got woken up on our last day when they said we could check out at 12 housekeeping banging on the door would not stay here again do not recommend overpriced for what you get.â

âMy second time in Martin House Inn. It is situated in the hearth of town and is close to the ferry, buses, shops and restaurants. Still the location is quiet and not crowded.
Had a room with a shared bathroom which worked out fine. Common areas were charming. Enjoyed breakfast, afternoon treats, Friday cheese and wine and evening sherry or bourbon nitecap.
Beds were comfortable and everything clean.
Will return for shure!â
