âBeautiful house and great location! Craig was great to deal with, was very responsive and helpful. My only suggestion would be that it should be noted prior to stay that linens need to be washed. This way one may choose to bring their own linens. Minus that, the trip was wonderful spent in a gorgeous home! Thanks for sharing Craig!!!â

âEverything was great! There are 2 things that would greatly improve The Franklin Hitel experience.The front door was broken and you could not enter through it. Side door code was used. Second, there should be flatware in the kitchen as many guests heat food in the microwave. Many thanks for a most enjoyable stay!â

âThe check in was easy, the house was clean and comfortable and in a convenient location. The electric fireplace was great for warming up after a cold walk on the beach. One thing to note if you are bringing dogs is that when you arrive, there is a sign asking you to try not to leave your dog unattended in the house and the info book says not to let your dogs on the furniture. Both are typically listed on the property description and would have been good to know before booking. â
