”This property is very well maintained and close to downtown Napa (under 12 min drive). This is my second time staying and possibly one of the busiest times. There were 2 weddings and 1 conference taking place at the same time. I had 2 issues that were not handled well and both pretty significant issues. I was told management would follow up with me and that never happened. I know with these 3 events staffing and customer service can be delayed for the other guests, so I was trying to be...

”Great location, excellent staff (Andreas, the Colombian friend we met who runs the place as the hotel manager, bartender and an excellent chef, plus a great tour guide, made sure our stay was enjoyable). Would definitely stay here again.”

”The rooms open to the outside.
The pillows are hard and lumpy.
The wall AC is not consistent (pro tip... turn the fan on so it's always on.. not ideal but better than temp swings and noise in the night turning on and off).
Shower curtain had rips in it and didn't cover the full length of the tub.
Positive: it's a fairly good location.
Spend just a little bit more and stay in a better place. This was a mistake for us.”

”Property was clean, perfect location from downtown. The only thing that was my concern was the cleans of the carpet would be nice if they would wood floors or laminated floors overall was a good stay friendly staff parking was great.”
