”Things I liked - the property was close to shopping and outlet malls, dining and entertainment. Disliked - Check in staff was not pleasant. Room - had hair all over in the shower. The pillows were so uncomfortable. Walls are paper thin - could hear everything from people walking upstairs, to dogs barking in the next room. Had very poor sleep the 2 night I stayed. It was not the best stay at a Hilton.”

”It was very quiet. The aesthetics are very nice. Room was comfortable and clean. Cool in-room amenitiese such as a t.v. in the mirror which was cool to utilize while bathing. There is a good amount of parking available with easy access to the highway. Its 7 minutes from the Chicago Premium Outlets, 12 minutes from The Fox Valley Mall and nearby several eateries. The staff was welcoming and accomodating. The only thing I didn't like was the cafe food (past the bar and breakfast resturant). The...

”The aircon was surprisingly loud - it worked well but I had to turn it off for the night. The bed was good, and it was nice to be able to have coffee both in the room and in the lobby. Breakfast was good, only negative thing was that they used plastic utensils and cardboard plates, which to me is not very environmentally friendly. The staff was excellent and very friendly. The free wifi worked very well.”

”Room was dirty and run down. Staff was horribly rude if you need assistance and tv didn’t work but they wouldn’t move us or fix it”

”The only issue I had was a lingering cigarette smoke smell. I could tell that they took pains to try and eradicate it, but I have a sensitive nose. Otherwise, great place. Comfortable mattress and excellent water pressure. Very clean. The breakfast was especially tasty. Super friendly staff. Great value for the money!”
