The space
The 1st bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed. The 2nd bedroom has a comfortable king size bed and a TV. There is a sliding door that opens to the lanai. There is also an attached bathroom with a shower. The main bathroom has a bathtub/shower. The laundry is located in the main bathroom. The Kitchen is open to the living area. There are 3 bar stools and a dining room table that seats 6. A perfect place for a meal or a game night. The living area has a comfortable leather couch and a comfortable chair for sitting and watching the TV or for enjoying the quiet. The lanai opens from the living area by a sliding glass door. There are 2 lounging chairs and a table. There are 2 extra folding chairs available to use. The lanai has the perfect view of the pool. You can hear the waterfall. This is the perfect place for coffee in the morning. If you are up at the right time you can see deer come out . You can watch the dragon flies that fly over the pool during the day and early evening.

Guest access
There is a parking spot available to use. You will have a tag to hang from your rear view mirror. Parking is close to the building.

Other things to note
The pool is only available from dawn to dusk.
7 nights minimum stay. Check in is at 4pm and check out is at 10 am.

If the Pool Key is lost during your visit, you will be charged a fifty-dollar replacement fee. Cleaning fee - $200
