This snowbird-friendly retreat boasts a beautifully designated open floor plan with an attached enclosed balcony overlooking the surrounding nature. Spend tranquil evenings unwinding in the living area as you stream your favorite shows and movies on the smart TV, or relax on your private balcony with a refreshing beverage in hand. The kitchen is a chef's playground with all the major appliances and utensils needed to prepare delicious homemade meals for the crew. All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
This vacation rental requires the completion of an application requiring sensitive information to be submitted directly to the HOA within three days of booking.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
