Beach Tyme Retreat is one of the best-situated condos at Park Shore Resort. This third-floor retreat overlooks the lake, offers a direct view of the pool, and features western exposure for beautiful evening sunsets from the private screened lanai.

After earning 20 five-star guest reviews in less than six months, Beach Tyme Retreat is undergoing a thoughtful full renovation. Guests can expect the same attentive owner-managed hospitality, exceptional cleanliness, and attention to detail - now paired with an entirely refreshed coastal interior.

The updated floor plan will place the primary suite on the lake side of the condo, giving guests staying in the king bedroom direct access to the home’s best view. Both bathrooms will be fully renovated with beautiful spa-inspired walk-in showers, and the kitchen, flooring, lighting, furnishings, and finishes will all be updated to create a calm, elevated coastal retreat.

The condo is scheduled to reopen for stays beginning November 1, 2026, and reservations are now available for the December through April high season.

THE SPACE:

Enjoy sweeping lake, pool, and sunset views from this newly renovated retreat at Park Shore Resort. Uniquely positioned on the third floor, the condo offers one of the resort’s most desirable outlooks, with a private screened lanai overlooking the water and pool.

The lanai is an ideal place for morning coffee, alfresco dining, or relaxing with a drink as the sun sets. The living area opens directly to the lanai, creating an easy connection between the indoor space and the tropical resort setting.

Inside, the redesigned floor plan will provide two private bedrooms and two full bathrooms, with no pull-out sofa beds.

The primary bedroom will be relocated to the lake side of the condo and will feature:

• A renovated spa-inspired walk-in shower

The second bedroom will feature:
• A queen bed
• Custom built-in bunk beds

The built-in bunk beds are a distinctive feature not found in other Park Shore Resort condos and provide comfortable dedicated sleeping space without relying on a sleeper sofa. This makes the layout especially well suited for families, couples traveling together, or multigenerational stays.

The open living area is designed for comfort and easy everyday living. Fast 300 Mbps WiFi, keyless entry, simple self check-in, an in-unit washer and dryer, and elevator access to the third floor help make every stay smooth and convenient.

The fully equipped kitchen will feature updated cabinetry, countertops, appliances, lighting, and finishes, with everything needed to prepare meals during your stay. A single-level counter will help create a brighter, more open connection between the kitchen, dining area, and living room.

Spanning approximately 864 square feet, Beach Tyme Retreat is located within Park Shore Resort, a 13-acre tropical property set around a scenic lake just minutes from Naples’ white-sand beaches, shopping, dining, and downtown attractions.

The beach is approximately a three-minute, 1.5-mile drive away. Downtown Naples and 5th Avenue South are about ten minutes by car.

Everyday conveniences and popular destinations are close by. A 24-hour 7-Eleven is located across the street, and The Fresh Market and a new Publix is a short walk or two-minute drive away. Waterside Shops and the Village Shops on Venetian Bay are only a few minutes away, while Mercato, Naples Zoo, Naples Pier, and Naples Botanical Garden are all within an easy drive.

Beach chairs, towels, umbrellas, and a beach wagon are provided, so guests can head straight to the shore. In addition, we provide pickleball paddles and tennis racquets to ensure you can enjoy the amenities Park Shore resort has to offer.

RENOVATION AND IMAGE NOTICE:

Beach Tyme Retreat is currently closed for renovation and is scheduled to reopen on November 1, 2026.

• As with many resort properties, there may occasionally be property improvements or maintenance taking place within the community.
