Beautiful 3/2 Naples Home

This is an enticing 3 bedroom, 2 bath pool home. The living area is spacious. The dining rooms has seating for 6, while the kitchen is well-equipped. The the main bedroom, with bathroom & walk in closet, is on one side of the house, and two additional bedrooms and a bath on the opposite side. Each one of the three bedrooms has a queen-sized bed. Fully screened Lanai, complete with heated pool and space for dining, sitting, and sunning. Our guests the Briarwood community amenities.
Reservations made 7 days or less before arrival are subject to an additional $100 to cover expediting the Briarwood Lease Application.
NO smoking in the HOUSE, GARAGE and LANAI.
Do NOT sit on house furniture with sunscreen or wet clothes.
Do NOT move the house furniture. Or any inside furniture outdoors or into the lanai.
We do require you to sign a vacation rental agreement and Briarwood Lease application prior to your stay. Briarwood is a gated community and you will NOT be allowed entry without these forms be completed. Therefore, we will ask for your email to deliver the forms.

Nice Neighborhood

Briarwood is a beautiful community. We enjoyed our stay in the home. The layout of the house is great and it is well equipped. The heated pool is a plus, but there is traffic noise from Livingston Road on the lanai; it is not noticeable in the house. Keith and Beth were excellent hosts.

Naples vacation

Very nice and clean house, lovely owners with everything you need equipped. Nice gated neighborhood. 15 min to downtown Naples and 15 to the beach which is awesome! Super close to Costco and grocery stores. If you are a person that has a problem with noise and has a light sleep you will need ear plugs. House is backing up at a main road that is extremely busy and the house is not isolated for that so, for me and my husband was hard to sleep. There is a bedroom in front of the house that you can't hear the noise. Sitting outside at the pool is also noise but kids really enjoyed the pool with has salted water, better than normal chlorine pools. Because of that I can't give 5 starts as I had a really hard time sleeping.

Great location in a gated community.

Super nice and practical house located in a very nice gated community. 15 min away from the beach and 5. avenue. Super friendly and helpsom host (Kieth and his wife). Only issue is the traffic outside from the main road. Overall a great stay!

Wonderful vacation

The house was nicely furnished. The pool area was very relaxing. The neighborhood is safe, quiet and great for bike riding. Keith and Beth were exceptional hosts and quick to respond to our needs. We are looking forward to returning in January.

Really nice house and pool

There is a good amount of road noise heard from the pool. And something in the house had a musty smell. Caused a little trouble with my allergies. Overall though a good experience.

A beautiful place on the Earth…

A beautiful place on the Earth, in the city of Naples, Florida, there is an inspiring place of thoughts, a house of all unforgettable. A colorful boat on walls, a collection of palms in the living room, soft rugs and much more, which is cherishing. After the long day of events, seeng new things, plants, animals, getting, at times, under a pool fountain, making mood much happier. Seeing monkeys in Zoo, at the beaches dolphins and manatees, it is a life children’s’ amuse, a long lasting bliss, the sparkiest. Dear Beth and Keith, you are the awsome builders dream to reality, from many places to stay, yours is a piece of harmony. Classic raw tuna in the Deep Lagoon, was a challenge for the bud receptors, and Tokyo Thai Sushi Rangoon and fried fish was good for skeptics. Driving trough the rainy storm On a tour boat was a light challenge, good for kids as a fought With any kind of soul damage. Dear Naples friends, we are wishing your further prosperity, Easier further steps of getting your living place developing.

Home away from home!

A wonderful stay! Yes it is off a busy road but the pool area and patio are completely private. Homeowners met us upon arrival and shared local tips and recommendations. Super sweet and professional! The subdivision is picture perfect, super clean, and very very quiet. The house had EVERYTHING we could possibly need and really aside from personal items and food we bought little else. We all had beach chairs, an umbrella, lots of beach towels, and even some floats for the pool. The home was comfortable and inviting. We did have an issue during our stay but communication and follow up was constant and resolved quickly, they were on top of it from start to finish. The shower in the master bath felt like you were standing in a rainforest. The saltwater pool was clean and fresh, no stinging chlorine or chemicals. We were no more than 10 min away from any attraction: a great restaurant, Starbucks, the beach, shopping. We loved Naples and would return to stay at another of Keith’s properties in a heartbeat! Great family vacay!

Senior Graduation Girls Trip

We had a very relaxing and wonderful stay. It was a beautiful and clean home that provided all necessities for the pool and beach. We were met by the owner, Keith and his wife and they kindly provided us with a list of restaurants and places to visit. We enjoyed our weeks stay and would recommend this home to anyone.

Lovely neighborhood for walking and biking. The pool was kept at a very nice comfortable temperature which everyone enjoyed. Plenty of room inside and out. We really enjoyed our stay.

Great place!

We stayed in Naples for two weeks. Loved the house, location, we will defiantly be back in the future! Quiet and safe neighborhood, 15 min away from the beach. Highly recommended!

Clean and comfortable

Nice get away in Naples

The house was centrally located near all of the places we explored during our time. The pool was heavily used by our teens and some by us. House had everything we needed and was in good condition. It was very comfortable. Our hosts were super nice and checked in on us on arrival and before we left. We knew they were available next door at a moment's notice. We encountered an issue with AC but Keith stayed on top of it and had techs out in record time. Even so, we managed well and it was a minor inconvenience on the stay overall. As others said, there is a good amount of road noise behind the property but we live on a busy main street so didn't find it bothersome. Would stay here again!

Lovely rental house with pool ideal for young families

Our family (two adults and a 6 year old and 3 year old) had a wonderful one week stay at this property. Clean, well furnished, and attentively managed by a neighboring property manager.

Family vacation to visit parents. House was beautiful.

Comfortable and close to everything

We enjoyed our stay. The home was clean, comfortable and felt like a home away from home. The kitchen was nicely supplied, making meals was a breeze! We used the pool every day, it was kept at 85 degrees which was refreshing during the day and nice for evening swims. We look forward to coming back!

Realmente estoy muy contento, el lugar super tranquilo, agradable y los dueños de casa son una pareja divina que siempre estuvieron preocupados para que no nos falta nada, si bien nosotros no hablamos ingles y ellos no hablan español, tienen una persona de confianza que si habla español y esta siempre disponible para lo que necesitábamos, Keith McCullen y su esposa son los propietarios y un encanto de personas. I'm really very happy, the place is super quiet, pleasant and the owners of the house are a divine couple who were always worried that we do not lack anything, although we do not speak English and they do not speak Spanish, they have a trustworthy person who does. He speaks Spanish and is always available for what we needed, Keith McCullen and his wife are the owners and a delight of people.

Briarwood is a beautiful neighborhood. This house sits by a main road, which can be noisy with traffic, but we would stay there again. The house is very clean and beautiful too!

Fun house with a pool

We really enjoyed our stay and Keith and Beth were great hosts. The house was very comfortable and our girls absolutely loved having the heated pool right outside with the family room and bedrooms creating a courtyard around it. We really liked the large section of sliding glass doors in the family room to truly create an island feel of a total indoor/outdoor living experience and the nice weather allowed us to have them open quite often. The beds and master shower were all wonderful along with the upgraded kitchen. The house comes with 6 beach chairs, 2 beach umbrellas, a beach mat, and and also a small cooler. As others have said, the road noise is definitely real and it was nice to know that in advance so we could set our expectations in advance. The pool has a fountain in it and we used that water noise along with music to help cover the road noise up which helped us focus less on the road noise. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay there and Briarwood is one of our favorite neighborhoods in Naples especially since the traffic is low due to it being a gated community. We loved our morning walks up to the north side of the neighborhood and miss the sun along with the warmer weather.

Briarwood in Naples

Location is perfect for access to Naples and the beach. The road noise is real ... if you are sensitive to that look elsewhere. We got used to it and enjoyed the outdoors and the pool daily. House is nice if not a tad dated. Keith and Beth, our hosts, were wonderful, welcoming and helpful through our entire stay! Overall I’d recommend it to friends.
