Viehättävän yhteisön keskustassa sijaitsevalla kodilla on pääsy Floridan Lounais-Floridan parhaimpiin kalastus- ja vesiurheilualueisiin. Hieno ja rento ruokasali missä tahansa kaupungin 4 ravintolasta. Jokaisella paikalla on oma ainutlaatuinen tunnelma ja paikallinen leimahdus. Viihde on täynnä joitain lahjakkaimmista paikallisista taiteilijoista. Siellä on myös paikallinen taiteen liitto, joka tarjoaa monien paikallisten taiteilijoidemme taiteita ja näyttelyitä tapahtuu ympäri vuoden. Marco Island ja Napoli ovat vain lyhyen matkan päässä, ja sieltä pääsee myös parhaimmille ostosalueille. Tämä koti tarjoaa 2 makuuhuonetta, 1 kylpyhuone. On myös täysin varustettu keittiö, jossa uudet laitteet

This makes my 3rd time staying here. It’s always a great time. Love the island feel. Great restaurants near by. Quiet neighborhood. Close to the Everglades. Love Tigertail beach. Be sure to book a boat tour out to the ten thousand islands. Lots of wildlife and beautiful scenery. We will be back again next year. Thank you for sharing you home with us.

Goodland is awesome for: -guiet peaceful neighborhood by day - evenings full of music( in season) -fresh fish from Kirk's -access to shelling and fishing trips right down the road at the boat park. -Marco Island 15 minute drive away. The house was well equipped, very clean and the golf cart was great for going to the boat park and restaurants . Hosts were quick to help with questions and a cooler. Great stay! -taking the Hemingway ferry to Keewaydin Island.

Amy and Wendell’s place was perfect. We were greeted by them once we arrived. Once inside the place was spotless and very inviting. It’s a great location right in the middle of the island. The golf cart was a perfect touch to the property. We used it every day.

Wendel and Amy were wonderful hosts! The cottage was very nice and cozy with a comfortable beach vibe. It was just as described with beach chairs and bikes, golf cart and kayak use. We had a great trip to Goodland and really enjoyed our stay! Would definitely recommend a stay here for a nice relaxing trip.

Nice amenities and good location. Quiet neighborhood to enjoy several deck areas in the morning and grilling in the evening. Close to numerous evergade and 10 thousand isle excursions. Would gladly stay again.

This was our 2nd time staying here. Love the area. House was perfect. Very clean and the owners are very easy to work with. The house had everything we needed and the golf cart was a bonus. We had a great experience in Goodland. The house was clean, kitchen well equipped, deck was great and the location was perfect. We toured the island on the golf cart. There was a low battery on it at first but Wendel corrected that immediately. We are already considering booking again. Just trying to get the dates worked out.

This property is located just a walk or a gulf cart ride to the best restaurants around Goodland and Marco Island. The property had everything we needed and the beds were so comfortable, it was like sleeping in my own bed. I highly recommend this for anyone wanting an island experience. The locals were very friendly and welcoming.

Place was better than advertised, clean and includes all amenities that would be needed! The goodland area is amazing with ample food/drink and entertainment ! The golf cart was just the cherry on top to move around the community. Can’t give this stay enough stars!!

Perfect place for us! We enjoyed the golf cart to access the restaurant's and bars on the island 🏝️ the front porch was great for watching the osprey feed their babies. The beds were super comfy and the extra shower downstairs was great! Would love to stay again!

Goodlands was a great little golf cart community with friendly people and good restaurants. The house had everything you needed (golf cart, bikes, kayaks, and beach chairs). The kitchen was well appointed and was stocked with some basics. If you arrive around the end of June just beware that most of the restaurants are closed for the season but Crabby Lady is open until 6pm most nights and has a great seafood menu!
