Spacious but worn
The check in process was fairly simple, we had a hiccup but it was rectified quickly. The house is a lovely property in a great neighborhood. Very clean. Very convenient to everything. Beautiful pool area. A couple of cons, it is very noisy in the pool area due to the proximity to a very heavily traveled noisy main thoroughfare. Hard to have a conversation at times. The furniture in the house is worn and stained but I do get it is a rental but it could use some updating as can the overhead lighting in the primary bedroom. It is dark. The house did supply all kitchen needs and beach chairs, and some floats. The supplied bicycles needed some work, like brakes, so not rideable. Overall we enjoyed our stay. Communication with owner/manager was hard as we found out he was out of the country but he did respond.

Perfect location
This house was perfect location, close to beaches, marina, coffee shops. But also Target, 5 Below and groceries only 10 minutes away to grab all you need for week. My family loved the pool and all the outside games the owner left for them to play. The owner was quick to respond and was very helpful from start to finish.

When we first walked into the property, it looked like the pictures in the description. After being there a day, there were a few issues with the bedding, and the accessories. I called the host and he had new bedsheets, towels and and the other items sent to the house. We were in town to celebrate Christmas with family, the house was fine for that. The pool and outdoor area are the best feature, although the grill and outdoor cushions should be replaced in my opinion. There is quite a bit of road noise, but all in all we enjoyed our stay.

Amazing home. Amazing vacation
The house was just Amazing. Spacious and roomy open living. The house was very clean. We enjoyed the pool and outdoor living with the outdoor kitchen area The host (Gabriel) was always available and replied to my texts immediately. All I can say is that you will not be disappointed with your stay here.

Wonderful stay
This rental was perfect for our family. The home was clean and really exceeded our expectations as the listing didn't do it justice. The floor plan was split which I appreciate because our teenagers stay up later than I care to. The private pool/lanai was very nice to have on days when intermittent rain foiled our beach plans. If there is one negative, I would say it is the master bed/mattress needs replaced however, we will definitely stay here again.

Awesome Pool/Patio
We loved this property, especially the pool and patio area. Myself and my 18 year old daughter stayed by ourselves so we appreciated the security of a gated community. The neighborhood was very quite and great to walk our dogs in. Very little traffic. The property was well maintained and property management was very responsive. The only negative thing I could say and it was very minor for us, is that the back of the property is next to a busy loud road. You can’t see it but you can hear it when you are on the patio. Again this is very minor issue and didn’t bother us but some people might not like the noise.

Wonderful stay
Our stay was wonderful. Gabriel responded in minutes to every message that we sent him. The house is large and clean with all that is needed to eat drink and enjoy. My father in law and sister in law visited and there was plenty of space for us all with 3 bedrooms. We enjoyed the pool and walking the beautiful neighbourhood. The community is not far from Coastland mall, downtown or the beach. Just a short drive. If there were any negatives at all it would be the traffic noise during the day that is not constant but loud now and then with trucks and motorcycles. Primary mattress should be changed. Its not horrible but I am picky when it comes to my bed. I would definitely recommend to others!

Nice house, noisy location
The house is as beautiful as pictured. It could use a deeper cleaning as the baseboards and house fans were covered with dust & dirt. The location is central to many things and easy to get to. The downside is it is noisy due to it backing up to a major road. Pool was nice and relaxing. Overall a good stay.

Summer time dreaming
Over all, my family really enjoyed our stay. The house really did offer everything we needed from cooking to grilling. The only thing I didn't see was beach towels so we ended up buying our own. In the master bathroom the tub mats had what seemed like hair caught underneath them. Assuming it's hard to come out after washing them. Other than that I would definitely stay at this property again.

Our Experience
Overall we enjoyed this property. However, there were some hiccups. The dishwasher did not work. Even though it smelled cleaned the furniture and rug in the living room were badly stained and in the master bath, the baseboards were dirty. The master bed was so uncomfortable that after the grandkids left we slept in their beds. I also did not realize before we could check in we had to sign a rental agreement which was not communicated upfront. In the email, I kept receiving about it the very first word and second to the last word was misspelled, so I thought it was spam and kept deleting it. The day before check-in I received a phone call/text message about needing to sign it and by that time we were on the road driving. I was told there was a $400. late charge for being past 30 days. I explained about the email/docusign looked like a scam and why I kept deleting it. The owner seemed to understand that it was a miscommunication and so far we have not been charged the $400. Lastly, if you like quiet and peace when sitting outside by the pool you might want to look at another property. It is right off the main road and we could hear the traffic. At times it was hard to hear each other's conversations. There are plenty of trees surrounding the unit so at least we were not looking at neighbors.

Great location in a gated community.
Overall, we had a great stay. Pool area was beautiful & we definitely enjoyed it. Our only complaint was that I asked the owner prior to travel if they provided an umbrella and beach chairs. He said they did but forgot to mention they were rusted and the umbrellas were broke. After arriving at the beach with 3 children and all of the equipment we realized that the paper thin umbrella was completely broken and the chairs we took wouldn't even open. The other complaint is that there was a piece of broken glass out by the pool and I stepped on it and my foot bled pretty badly.

Beautiful house with everything you need.
We were very fortunate that we were able to rent Gabriel's house sort of last minute. We had a wonderful stay there, and Gabriel was a pleasure to work with. Some little touches were propane provided for the grill and a full cable of package so we could watch our favorite shows at night!

Comfortable and affordable
The house was a good deal for an early winter getaway. While the pool had some minor issues during our stay, I must say Gabriel was very attentive to the issue and addressed the matter timely. The layout was perfect for two couples. Physical location was easily accessible. The only downside was the close proximity to Livingston Rd. which served as a modified expressway with traffic noise a constant distraction.

Beautiful home
The house was so beautiful inside and out. We spent most of our time on the lanai - swimming and relaxing. With this being our first time using a VRBO, I had questions. I explained to Gabe that I was unfamiliar with things. Sometimes he was quick to respond, other times no response. We messaged him about the pool heater - it stopped working half way through our stay. He never responded. Luckily we spent a lot more of our time at the beach due to no heat in the pool. We believe that someone else mentioned this same issue in their comments. Overall the stay was great. The only area to improve would be the communication and immediately acknowledge there was a problem with the pool and how it could be fixed.

Beautiful birthday week in Naples
We spent the week celebrating my husband’s birthday in Naples. The house was everything we could have wanted. The Pool area was perfect. The weather was beautiful. So many delicious wonderful Restaurants to choose from. It’s everything we wanted. We had an issue we found disturbing. The Master bedroom really needs addressing. The sheets were thread bare, thin and limp. The pillows were either mush or hard as a rock and the mattress was worn, soft and Mushy. A house of this caliber should be Able to offer a comfortable sleeping environment

Naples is my new paradise
This house was absolutely perfect for a honeymoon stay in Naples! I will definitely look to stay in this house again when I visit Naples. Better than a five start resort in my opinion!!!!

Loved our stay. The property looked just like the photos. Gabriel responded quickly to our questions. The kitchen is nicely outfitted but our favorite area was the pool and outdoor areas! There is some street noise behind the house but the water fountain in the pool masked it quite nicely!

We had a blast. Home was absolutely beautiful and clean. Everything we needed was accessible from kitchen appliances to pool floats and beach chairs if needed. We brought our own though. Gabriel was awesome! Communication with him was a breeze. Beaches are close by. Traffic can be heard from the house but to me it was actually kind of soothing. Will definitely go back again.

Our family really enjoyed our stay at Gabriel's luxury villa in the Briarwood estate. This was our forth trip to Naples and this estate. This villa was the best we have stayed at to date! We particularly loved the private closed in lanai and charbroil for outdoor cooking and eating! Gabriel was the perfect host and responded quickly to any minor issues.

Excellent location in Naples, very easy check in process and great communication before booking. The pool / outside area would benefit from a bit of a clean but the pool itself was very nice. Would recommend, good value for money and lovely neighbourhood to be in.

Perfect vacation!
Beautiful home close to everything. Just a short 10 min drive to Lowermilk Beach which was great for kids and adults. Interior of the home is extremely well maintained. Exceeded our expectations. Had everything we needed and more. Lots of great toys for kids to play with. Only negative was the traffic noise in the outdoor area but even that was not a big deal.

We had an amazing stay at the house - very thankful for the support of the owner Gabriel. he had to come over the first evening as the dishwasher alarm had gone off and we could not figure it out. The house is terrific and its in a beautiful neighborhood about 5 miles from the beach. The only drawback is a road behind the house which made it a bit noisy at times. House was very clean and very nice. Terrific value!

Great Golf Getaway
The property was excellent, everything was clean and the setup was perfect. The pool and lanai were great to come home to after a day of golf and the outdoor kitchen was a good change of pace during the week. My friends and I really enjoyed the house and hope to get it next year as well.

Perfect Accommodation in Naples!
Great location to easily go out and explore Naples. The villa was brilliant, very clean, had everything we needed (except the weather, but can't have it all!). We loved staying here, felt very safe, can't rate it highly enough for the 12 days we stayed here...just the best relaxing holiday ever. Hoping to re-book in 2019!

Relaxation at its finest!
My fiancé and I had a great stay here in naples. The house and pool were exactly what we were looking for. The outdoor patio and pool is where we spent most of our time. Sun from mid morning til early evening. Wonderful! Centrally locates, we Ubered whenever we needed to go since we weren’t familiar with the area and didn’t want the hassle of driving. Gabriel was great, responded quickly to any questions or close concerns we had. Will most definitely stay again either here or another home in Briarwood. Thank you Gabriel!

Great place for kids and adults!
We have a 1 and almost 3 year old and this house was great for us. It was very clean and safe. The pool area is great- a little noisy since it backs up to a busy road, but great nonetheless. House comes equipped with most everything you need. We bought groceries for the week and barely ate out! Has beach toys and bikes too! Gabriel was great to work with. We hope to be back! Would highly recommend.
