Deluxe Floor Plan with plenty of updates, peaceful 2nd floor with water & garden views. Park Shore Resort has all the amenities you could want with an on-site restaurant, Heated Pool & Hot tub, covered picnic area, BBQ/grills, Tennis & pickleball courts Basketball, & Exercise room. Right in the middle of Naples walking distance to numerous Restaurants & Shops within minutes of the Village Shops on Venetian Bay, Mercato, Waterside Shops, and of course Naples`s Famous Beaches.

**PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THERE IS A $115 RESORT FEE THAT IS PAYABLE UPON CHECKING IN, YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO PAY THIS WITH A VALID CREDIT CARD**

**We would like to inform you the HOT TUB is currently not working and we do not have an ETA when it will be working again.**

There`s parking conveniently located directly in front of the building.

Wander around walkways and wood bridges directly to the lush tropical gardens and gorgeous waterfalls. Park Shore Resort is the place you need to be for your short or long-term Vacation in Stunning Naples.

The resort offers free wifi inside and outside the units.
In the lobby, you`ll find 2 computers and a printer with w/internet access. In addition, there`s on-site, pickle-ball, tennis, a small fitness center, heated pool, hot tub, and 6 BBQ grills.

The resort`s prime location West of Hwy 41 (Tamiami Trail) is within close proximity to restaurants, shopping (Waterside shops, Venetian Bay), and famous downtown Naples, only 1 mile to the beaches. Art lovers will appreciate the neighborhood of ARTIS – Home of the Naples Philharmonic and The Baker Museum of Art.

The resort is approximately 30 miles/minutes from Fort Myers International airport (RSW). Free parking is provided on the premises. Biking/ walking to the beach is possible and Ubers/Lyfts or taxis are plentiful in Naples.

Also, we offer Pack n plays or high chairs at no additional cost but you must tell us in advance before your booking so we can confirm and organize these items.
Smoking Policy: Strictly prohibited within the unit and lanai. Please use the designated smoking areas onsite.

Wonderful stay in Naples. Everything as expected and better. The condo layout worked perfectly with two separate rooms and washrooms. Location is out of the way and yet close to all that Naples offers. Would gladly stay again.

Great Retreat

We had a fantastic stay at Park Shore Resort. The unit was clean, comfortable, and made for the perfect home base during our trip. Communication with the host was excellent—especially helpful given our late arrival and early departure. Everything was seamless. Would absolutely stay again!

Repeat stay - lovely condo!

This is the second year we've stayed in this condo. It's so clean, comfy beds, and a great location. Park Shore is going through a property management change, so things like Wi-Fi are a bit spotty right now just FYI, but that's out of the control of the owners. Like I shared last year, the only thing I'd add are some light-blocking curtains in the bedrooms.

Great stay

This lovely property is conveniently located in Park Shore near Pelican Bay. Incredibly clean and well appointed condo has a great view of a lovely lake surrounded by mature trees and flowering bushes. Ducks swim by and a fountain adds the sound of water. On-site restaurant is top notch. Smooth arrival and departure. Enjoyed my stay very much.

We love Park Shore!

Great property! Everything looked just like the photos. The new rugs in the bedrooms are very nice, and the new lanai is fantastic. We even cooked a small Thanksgiving dinner, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The only thing I can possibly think to improve is to add some type of light-blocking curtains to the left bedroom. There are only some sheer curtains right now.

Great property

For an older style property this apartment has been well maintained and extremely well equipped. It was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Attention to detail very good with some nice extras - drinks in fridge, room spray, plenty of toiletries etc. Would definitely recommend this apartment and I am sure if we are in the USA again we would stay there.

Service was excellent and host was absolutely amazing. The property has everything you need and more. The host leaves no stone unturned from beach chairs, to washing detergent and even some complimentary drinks in the fridge. 5***** place and service!!

Not enough hot water for all adults, to shower when using both showers. Mattress saggy, Pillows hard. Renovation going on. Elevator broke, all luggage needs to be carried up flights of stairs.

This place is a gem. I loved the balcony and would often times sit there--so peaceful. The owners thought of everything as far as a well-stocked kitchen. Highly recommend. Although Naples itself proved to be a bit "high-end" for us, this place was AMAZING!!

A Fabulous Stay!

Adorable, roomy, and well kept unit a short walk to downtown and Whiskey Row. Lovely terrace with views of snow covered mountains. Larry was easy to reach and answered all of our questions quickly. I will definitely stay here again!

Not for partying but beautiful spot (trust the pics). Things for kids to do (tennis, pickle ball, basketball hoop). Close to everything you need. Me and the hubby will be back without the kids.
