Upon entering the condo, you'll find yourself in the open-concept kitchen, featuring a large countertop that seamlessly connects to the family room and dining area. Immediately upon entering, guests are greeted by a gorgeous view of the courtyard, centered around a beautiful heated pool. The kitchen is equipped with a water filter for enhanced water taste. The condo also includes a spacious laundry room with a washer and dryer. Step outside to the terrace, located at the front of the building, offering views of the parking area and building entrance—a perfect spot to meet your neighbors in the Sunrise community. For families, we provide kid-friendly amenities such as a twin blow-up mattress and a Pack 'n Play collapsible crib.

This property is managed by SW Florida based Mike Z Rentals LLC. We have a 24/7 call center, a reservations manager and guest services manager along with a professional cleaning partner to take care of all of your needs while you are staying in this property.

It is best to have a vehicle with you as Naples is a large metro area. The Fort Myers International Airport is about a 40 minute drive from the home!

This booking and reservation are contingent on the signing of a lease and HOA paperwork and approval. Access to the property cannot be given until HOA approval is received prior to your move in along with the second payment, no exceptions. These are the additional fees NOT INCLUDED IN THIS RESERVATION AND MUST BE PAID SEPARATELY.

This is a self check in property. You will receive the codes to check in once we have received the full payment and HOA approval has been received.
