”We absolutely loved our stay at the Lake Lure Inn & Spa! The hotel's rich history was fascinating, and knowing that Hollywood legends have stayed here made exploring the property even more special. We also enjoyed strolling through all the charming shops in Chimney Rock. Finding out that the inn is so pet-friendly was the icing on the cake—we'll definitely be back!”

”The entire premises were well maintained. It felt like I was in tiny village which was cool. The room was very clean and cozy. The only thing that stood out to me was the smell in the room. It smelt like moisture which made it feel a humid even with AC on blast. Other than that, I highly recommend this spot and would certainly stay here again. It’s very close to town and to many famous hiking spots. There are plenty of eating options whether upscale or laid back. This is a prime location indeed.”

”The outdoor space us awesome!! You'd never know you're close to town. Fireplace, fire pit, grills and numerous places to sit. The staff was awesome. They met us at the car and helped us up to our room. We parked in the handicapped space. The rooms are so comfortable. We had the 2 room suite which is like being at a resort. You'll not be disappointed.”

”Last minute stop on the way to Gatlinburg. Reasonably priced. Comfortable room that was very clean. Beds were comfortable and the bathroom was fine. The breakfast was ok. Coffee was strong. My only complaint was the walls were thin and it sounded like the people above us were practicing gymnastics until 11pm and up at 6:45 am. The two young ladies that checked us in were wonderful. Get a second floor room if you stay here.”

”Beautiful property with so many added touches. Complimentary coffee at coffee bar , very generous butler pantry, koozie’s to take home . Everything was top notch ! We enjoyed the front porch as well!”

”This place has clean room and building, friendly/helpful staff, but the pillows on the bed were the absolute worst experience. I would imagine they are forced to use cheap pillows but I will choose somewhere else to stay next visit because of this. It made it incredibly hard to get decent sleep.”

”Everything was great. Our family had a great stay. The one aspect that gave us pause was there’s a barn/sliding door for the bathroom. Having a door that closed would have been preferable. =0)”

”I enjoyed my stay at Skylarnna Resort. The hotel was quiet, and the scenery was beautiful. We especially enjoyed the on-site pool and hot tub. Unfortunately, the restaurant and bar were closed during our stay, so we had to go off-site for meals and drinks. Even though those facilities were closed, it would have been nice to still have the option to purchase bottled water or other beverages on-site. The room was clean, but the bathroom didn't have any ventilation, which caused it to get quite...

Leider sind die Zimmer extrem Hellhörig ich konnte wirklich das ganze Gespräch im Nebenzimmer mithören, war nicht angenehm.”
