The house is very well located to the Delnor-Wiggins Pass State Park (5 minutes away – there is a charge for visiting the beach). Enjoyed the pool with fountain! Helps cool the water. Grilled out several times. It was just 2 of us but eould easily accommodate larger family. We frlt at home which was what we were looking for.
