The house was above incredible, you feel your at spa .he has everything you could ever want. The only down is the well water has a sulfur smell but he provides bottled water for cooking and cleaning .so no problem. Cool evening enjoyed a nice fire.the pictures on the site are exactly what it looks like. Dont think theres a picture of the bench by the river its a great place to set.”

”This place was such a hidden gem. Property was huge prestine. Very well keep us. The cottage was beyond clean and huge. Very large 2 bedrooms. Loved the outside hot tub, picnic table and chairs were all very comfortable.”

David & Holly had a happy birthday banner hanging in the main room and left a heart shape of rose petals on the master bed as an anniversary surprise! There was a loaf of fresh baked bread in the kitchen and farm fresh eggs in the fridge. Both were so delicious and we enjoyed them each morning for breakfast. There was a little hiccup with the hot tub being at temp upon arrival, and our hosts were gracious to provide...

”Nice cottage & very peaceful area. Could’ve provided a few more every day items like extra kitchen garbage bags and salt/pepper but over all clean & quiet stay. One slightly annoying setting was the bathroom light which went on by a motion sensor. Overall a nice feature, just not at 2am:(”

Centrally located in the heart of the finger lakes, all of our touring, from Letchworth State Park to Ithaca was within 1 to 1.5 hours drive. Fantastic wineries, breweries, and distilleries are even closer. We cooked all of our own meals and found the kitchen to be extremely well equipped.
