There are only six rooms so the service was personal and exceptional.

”First room we stayed at was on the ground floor next to the restaurant. The room was noisy and not in good condition. After staying up the first night because of the noise, we got to stay another room that was a bit better and quieter with a nice view, but ac was leaking water to our floor quite a bit. ”We took the train from Colombo to Hikkaduwa, and then took a tuk-tuk to our hotel. The taxi only cost 300 Rupees, but if you're feeling adventurous it can be walked on either the road or along the beach in under an hour.
