Close and comfortable
Nice hotel just 10 minutes from the airport, and the staff was nice enough to give the room even if we came a hour to early. Room was big , did not try the breakfast but it looked nice. Free shuttle to trainstation, mall and airport and they worked great. Recommend this hotel.

Great country hiking trails near the hotel. Good place to wear off some jet lag. Free shuttle to the airport.

Great place for a couple of nights. Very safe and clean. Close to the little town Narita well worth visiting. Close to airport makes it great for traveling thru.

Wish they had a streaming app on the TV and wish they provided water bottles in the room The breakfast was delicious and had a variety of options. Nice outside sitting areas. The amenities in the rooms were very nice for example, the shampoo body wash and body lotion are better than I’ve used in other hotels. The hair conditioner was very conditioning. The body lotion was very rich. The room was very big. I would definitely stay here again!!

Good hotel. Rooms are huge, beds very comfortable. Bathrooms not that nice. Good location close to airport with free hotel shuttle to/from. Breakfast was good, not great, compared to other hotel breakfasts in Japan.

The property is run down and needs urgent maintenance. Curtains had cigarette burns and furniture seems old. Service was really good as well as food. A bit pricey for what it is although the convenience of being close to the airport is great.

Perfect for an overnight stay before catching a shuttle to the airport. Restaurant has decent food, nice pool. If you have time, the Narita Temple and grounds are worth a visit

This was the first hotel during our stay, very close to the airport which was perfect after a long day flying. The room was large and clean, all facilities were nice, generous amenities and nice staff

Family mart on site was a great addition. Once travel numbers are back to pre-COVID levels recommend starting a floor by floor renovation. It is starting to look a bit dated.

I almost always stay at the ANA CP when I overnight in Narita. It’s very convenient as their airport shuttles are always on time and regular. I also like their shuttle to town and the Aeon Mall. Since the hotel is not surrounded by things to do the shuttle takes you to enjoyable places. The restaurants and convenience store in the hotel are very good.

This property overlooks Narita Airport. Kids loved it. We booked the suite. It was bigger than what we thought. Staff were really friendly. Breakfast was really diverse and variety. Kids loved the pool. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Japan.

Overall it was a very pleasant experience at this hotel, even it was only a transit overnight stay. The room is clean, althought there are a few cracks on the bath room wall tile make it looking a little aged, but it's ok. I would like to send special thanks to Ceres Cafe staff Mr Shresta Sumit, for his gentle smile and seamless service. I went this restaurant for dinner and breakfast, he answered all my questions with incredible patience. And also the concierge staff who worked on Feb 23rd AM time, sorry didn't get his name. Very friendly staff. Highly recommended.

Lobby is nice but the rooms all smelled like someone had smoked in them. The bed was a hard spring mattress. Our first rooms smelled so bad that we asked for new rooms and they happily transfered us. The second rooms were better but still smelled smokey. The staff were nice and friendly.
