Room was big and spacious. The location is near Narita airport but otherwise very recluse. There's some wear and tear that can be seen. Room was okay otherwise but we found last visitors possession under the ved which indicates the cleaning is not that detailed. Free amenities. Free bus to/from airport and to Narita Station and Aeon mall

Little oldish in style, room got a little warm. Other wise nice, staff was extra nice. The bus service was rough with the bags, despite request to be careful with my carry on.

Hyvä hotelli lähellä lentokenttää. Sopii hyvin välipysähdykseen. Hotellista löytyy kauppa ja ravintola. Lentoaseman palvelut kävelyetäisyydellä.

Kiva hotelli Narita-lentokentön yhteydessä. Isot huoneet ja siistit tilat, kiva viettää yö tässä hotellissa ennen aamulentoa länteen.

I stayed here two nights. It's extremely close to the airport and offers a free shuttle with a schedule. The buffet is not included, but it's convenient. There are not any other walkable places near this hotel. I wish there were other places around this hotel, but if I had to go anywhere else, I'd have to take the shuttle to the airport and catch a train into town. The nearest mall will require a train, unless you want to pay much more for a taxi. Overall, this place is clean and quiet.

Staff was friendly. The shuttle bus to the airport was on time and pretty efficient. Also, the breakfast buffet had plenty of tasty options. Really good hotel overall !

空港まだすごく近いし、運転手さんもとっても面白く短い間の乗車時間にも関わらず飽きないであっという間につきました。また、施設もマツキヨがあったりショップがあったりと充実してたし、部屋の設備も申し分なかったです。また機会があったら宿泊したいと思います。

The hotel is near the airport so it is not residential and you can only eat in its restaurant. You can buy some simple food in its convenient store which is like seven eleven. Better quality though. But you can easily take shuttle to the airport every 20 to 30 minutes and only a few minutes to get there, or if you have a day take there shuttle to a big Japanese mall where you can have food and everything. We loved this hotel and its attentive staffs. Highly recommended. And will stay again when we come to Narita airport.

まずフロントの対応が早口で短い説明があってキー渡してはい行って~って感じでした。説明がシンプルで少し迷いながら部屋まで行きました。お部屋はツインの広めにしたのでゆったりで清潔感もありました。シャワーの温度調節が熱いか水かをいったりきたりしてでしず、熱めのシャワーですませました。バスタブから出るときに便器に足が何度かあたってしまってお部屋のわりに洗面室は狭いと感じ扉の下が空いていて音がまる聞こえでした。洗面台の縁裏の汚れがこすれば落ちそうなのに簡単にしか掃除してないのねと思いました。 成田近辺どこも似たりよったりの口コミだったので悪評が少なく空港から近いので選びました。宿泊費1人5,000円くらいなので文句は言えないとは思っています。ありがとうございました。

Reliable place with affordable pricing. They keep the place clean and their shuttle service is a bonus. Checking in and out is super quick and the gift store and pharmacy Matsukiyo imakes it very convenient.

The main building was nice and the dining was wonderful if not a little expensive. The main issue was the room. The bathroom was extremely smelly like an old gym and the room was dirty and uncomfortable.

I specifically chose this hotel as it had a health spa and gym and pool. All this was closed during the day I spent there (I had extended my checkout as my flight didn’t leave until 20:00 had to pay $3000y). Very disappointing. Plus no food after 21:30 and I was late getting there. Bed was uncomfortable. Hilton next time.

Very nice hotel, but pretty limited on dining options. Meal costs: Breakfast: 2600 yen Lunch: ~4200 yen (couldn't find the listing to confirm) Dinner: 6000 yen We ended up eating konbeni items instead. They do offset a shuttle to Aeon Mall, to be fair, but we didn't notice during our stay, until we were leaving. The internet also leaves a lot to be desired. Also, the pillows are pretty bad. Overall though, was still a good stay. Only stayed here for our last day, which was the most spacious room, so very comfortable.

The property definitely needs some renovations. Flooring was coming up in our room and the shower walls were cracked. The room was big and they had a great breakfast and we enjoyed the shuttle. So mixed bag.
