”La struttura è stata deludente e non trovo caratteristiche positive. Nella descrizione di Expedia si parlava di vasca idromassaggio e non c'era, è una info bugiarda, inoltre il riscaldamento era gestito unicamente con condizionatori e ne bastava uno acceso per far scattare la corrente. La proprietaria si è resa disponibile offrendoci una stufa a gas ma la struttura è stata comunque deludente rispetto alla descrizione.”

”We stayed in August for 2 weeks in the villa of Stefano and had a great time. The house was fine, everything we needed was present in the villa, as long as we kept the shutters closed during the day to keep the heat out, we kept the house cool for the nights. We had access to 2 swimmingpools (!!), where do you find that? Stefano was a great host and always very helpful with advise and information about local sights to visit. We also enjoyed the local yearly festivities which are held in August....

The views, the people, the garden and pool, the peaceful morning sounds...there is something truly special about this place. Tiziana and Giorgio were extremely helpful during our stay and answered all of our questions/requests promptly. Also, we kept running into the owners of the Borgo (even at restaurants outside of town) and they couldn't have been more kind or gracious. We hope to come back soon,...

”We were 4 groups of close friends with children staying 9 amazing days at Il Belpoggio Su Todi. I highly recommend these beautiful villas. The view was spectacular and the villas very spacious, clean and well maintained. Todi is also a good choice if you want to explore both Umbria and Tuscany. We want to come back! We had a pleasant drive to Todi and learned some history of the area. when we arrived at the house the cleaning lady was ill so there was a substitute. She may have felt some pressure since we arrived early. Stephan showed us around the house, which is lovely. George was always available for my many questions. George and his wife had everything we needed for our stay in their house or...

”Wij waren met twee gezinnen, 11 personen in het totaal. Er waren genoeg slaapkamers en het zwembad is groot genoeg. Jammer genoeg zijn de keukens en badkamers zeer oud en zijn er veel dingen die niet werken, zoals de waterkoker, de oven beneden en de buitendouche. Alles is aan vernieuwing toe. De eigenaar is wel behulpzaam en is perfect bereikbaar.”

”The pool area is exactly like the picture. A real oasis. This house is for those who like originality. Its layout is unusual and the deco is superbly personal. So many touches that made us smile and feel happy. The house was delightful - very comfy, two big lovely double bedrooms (one very private), a small twin room very private, lots of little areas to sit down and read a book. The downstairs kitchen is a bit dark and damp so not a space we used. You have to be willing to walk down to the pool...

Be certain to follow the owners directions for an easy drive from Aquasparta. We were greeted upon arrival by the owners who were incredibly warm and friendly. ”We were looking for an area off the normal tourist track and definitely found it here in Moricone. Beautiful country side, my only negative was there was a dreadful smell coming from the laundry, some form of sewer problem says the plumber in our group other than that the beds were comfortable, kitchen well stocked if small but a lovely quiet location”
