”Weren’t told of any of the amenities when checking in and learned from other staff about cookies, breakfast etc. pool was cloudy due to someone getting sick in it. Room was exceedingly HOT even when we turned off all heat sources. The heat issue plus Bathroom being set for 88 making my wife sick almost every night of our stay. ”I will say that once upon a time this would have been a lovely property. It is just ok now.
Our bathroom was dirty. There was a dirty handprint on the wall of the bathroom that was fairly gross.
You get hit by a $50 resort fee, which I dont understand. They offer you two free rum punches and I suppose that makes it a resort.
Westerly Beach is beautiful and the setting is great. I can't say any other of the hotels looked much better but this place couod use some TLC.”
